Filter votes by custom, persisted list of congresspersons #746

I care specifically how the votes of my representatives compare with those of a few specifically trusted others. I'd like to put all of them in a list to filter their votes for an easy glance.

(Also: It's awesome to have this app on my phone, and doubly awesome that it's open source. Thank you!)
