@jwmatthews - This PR has been raised and merged over the Easter weekend when my Engineers, and myself, were on leave. We haven't had any opportunity to review or comment on it. It's no problem as long as your team supports it going forwards.

We are in a crunch mode to get an upstream release together so I advised @jmontleon and @djzager to proceed with merging for now. These changes are just related to upstream builds which we plan to maintain as we've reworked the process.
