[BUG] Browser console logs errors with downloaded fonts #2021

Current Behavior

When loading the application a number of browser console log errors are reported regarding bad fonts. This may cause confusion in error/testing/cypress logs that also report browser console errors. While annoying, the application functions without the downloaded fonts.

The net results is the application will use helvetica instead of the intended RedHatDisplay font.

Expected Behavior

No font download errors in the browser console logs.
