External SIGSEGV with Lazarus #315

Which steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start Lazarus
2. Open attached project1 
3. Build project1
4. Run project1
5. Press ENTER when Form1 appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

ERROR: Project project 1 raised exception class 'External: SIGSEGV'. In file 
'lcl\include\wincontrol.inc' at line 5635:  APopupMenu := PopupMenu;

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?

Latest THtmlViewer SVN r447
Latest Lazarus SVN r43447
Latest FPC SVN 26102
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium - Service Pack 1 - 64 bit

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce this exception with

HtmlViewer r447
Lazarus 1.1 (r36719)
FPC 2.6.1 
Windows 8.1 x64
