Scale Viewer using CTRL +/- #329

What do you suggest?
We require to provide users with sight impairment a larger font. But this means
all of our content will require validation at different sizes. In browsers, you
can scale the page by pressing CTRL + or CTRL -.

I have tried to do this using the ScaleBy function on the parent TForm, but the
HTML which is generated remains the same size.

I realise that this may be a large task, and so I would initially be interested
to know if there is a known solution to this? And if not, how much work is
involved.

What are the benefits?
Accessibility
similar feature to common browsers

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?

initially tried on 9.45, not yet tried latest code but I had a look through the
commits and there does not seem to be anything to suggest this feature.

Please attach test html files and screenshots, if appropriate.
Please provide any additional information:

Thanks for this suggestion. I'm missing a zoom feature as well. Roughly
estimated it might be done in a week or two. But this is not a promise that you
will find it in the source code at end of February ;)
