support touch scrolling and zooming on Windows tablets

What do you suggest?

It would be nice if THTMLViewer would support touch scrolling and zooming on 
Windows tablets. I would also appreciate if somebody can point into the right 
direction if and how this can be implemented with the current version of the 
THTMLViewer by reacting on the available events.

What are the benefits?

Most VCL controls already support touch control out of the box. In our products 
the THTMLViewer component is the only component that still needs to be scrolled 
by using the scrollbar.

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?

Delphi XE5, Windows 8

Please attach test html files and screenshots, if appropriate.
