Error in fields which leads to a cutoff of pictures on some pages.

In addition to the errors of field mapping. If the window to a small size, a 
portion of the letters on the left is cut off during playback.

Advanced. Many pages background looks kinked, although it should be smooth. Can 
somehow fix it?

Thanks for spotting these issues.

Issue 355.1 and 355.3 are fixed in upcoming HtmlViewer 11.5 (see 
https://github.com/BerndGabriel/HtmlViewer.git). Table and column width 
calculation now shrinks excessive given column widths to the width given by the 
table.

Issue 355.2 is due to the crude border-collapse implementation and will be 
fixed with a smarter border collapsing. Therefore I merge this issue into issue 
170 which is the border-collaps issue.
