This PR replaces the GPL-2.0 dependency flora-sql-parser with a similar library pgsql-ast-parser, which uses MIT. Updates include:
Several AST node handling functions are updated because of the minor tree structure and node metadata differences between the two libraries.
A new post-processing step is added to compensate for the PostgreSQL behavior to treat column names case insensitive by default.
The version of alasql is bumped to 1.x because of a major vulnerability (lodash). I have checked its changelog and it brings no breaking changes.
There is no feature added, dropped, or changed in this PR. So the goal is to pass existing unit tests (which are quite comprehensive) and no new test is created.
