"Open in Google Scholar" / "Semantic Scholar" #185

I'd like to be able to quickly open a paper in google scholar and semantic scholar to search for citations.

This is a very basic feature in comparison to https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/pull/2189

We currently have "Search ShortScience". We should add "Search Google Scholar". Maybe even make the search engine selectable (because a user tends to have a single favourite site; not multiple ones). Moreover, the URL should be configurable. Reason: We cannot maintain JabRef for all site URLs; and the list of sites might be oppionated.

One really needs the comment at the linked pull request and come up with a proposal!

Aim: Get citation count (refs https://github.com/koppor/jabref/issues/168) and which papers are related.
