This is probably fixed in current nightlies (because I'm guessing everything is actually Thunderbolt 4 on these things, so they'll always negotiate PD as CDP 1.5A on a Sage).

Soon is now "a while ago", so I'm assuming it now works. Please re-open with syslogs if not.

Hello, Here another happy koreader user, on a (old) kobo touch which found some youthness again thanks to koreader. The thing is up to date, genuine sofware and koreader (V 202401) via nickel menu.

I encounter the same bug as described here and cannot connect the kobo touch with koreader via USB on a PC. The USB sharing works well on the genuine software - so no USB cable issue.

On koreader, the behaviour seems normal at beginning : when I plug a USB cable, koreader asks whether I want to share files via USB. I click "yes" button. Then koreader tells it is waiting for a connection to happen (yet the connection is already physically set, and even triggered the first asking). And nothing happens, I have to use the power button to make koreader to restart.

Could you tell me what I should check or try to get USB sharing ?

I'm OP. Just confirming that my error fixed itself.
