Changed about page as well as other minor details

(Hopefully) fixed twitter card, changed styles.css back to styles.scss, etc. Other minor changes:

• "About" page has now been updated.
• Header should be fixed.
• Footnote has been changed.
• Various texts have been slightly altered.
