Update some error handle and build tutorial.

Thank you for sharing your experience, it is very important for this project. But using sudo and installing new library into /usr/local isn't a good idea for newbie developers. Also proposed modification is related rather to Boost and GCC than Boost.UI. I have added more external links to build instructions. HTH
