Ebb XSLT to retrieve locations and output Caryll Rune data #9

@koshinf I created an EBB branch on your repo, which now contains some experimental XSLT, with comments, to model a way to access the location names on your map from your <locationArea> elements. Hope this is a helpful start. If you approve this pull request, you'll be merging my new material into the repo. Note: I saved the older version of the XML that you wanted to process as mainXML_ebb.xml.

@koshinf To deal with pull requests, you can approve them on the web version of your GitHub repo, and then do a git pull locally.

@koshinf Just repaired my faulty ATV for making the @id attributes on <h1>. These can be internal link targets from links on your map.
