Changing the markdown for long text #18

Why using the code snippet markdown for a text.. that too for such a long text Either keep it as a normal text or change the markdown as in this commit, it becomes tedious to read the content

The README.md is not for the applicants. It's for us as a template to copy and paste when creating new tasks, hence the text is in a code snippet.

IMO it'd be better to move the template to a separate file later on? CC: @rajivharlalka @sheharyaar @Adiboy3112 @ananyaa0

I'll add a proper readme and move the current file to TEMPLATE.md. Is that fine?

I see, I was initially and still confused(unless you cleared) that it was for us, because of the language maybe.. "You can use any programming... ", "While you must have ...." etc

Cleared now, imma close the PR then o7
