Add command line argument to load blockchain from a file as starting point #36

As a miner, I want to be able to load a blockchain from a file as a starting point so that I can pick up mining right where I left off.

If there are other miners, probably someone will have a longer chain and it won't matter, but this feature would be important in case every miner went inactive.
