Finish rebranding #41

As a miner, I want consistent branding so that I can be confident in the professionalism with which the product was made.

The Trivy job in the pipeline is failing and I don't have time to debug it right now. That failing job is preventing us from deploying the Docker container, which also means that anyone who attempts to run the container will not succeed since it has the new name. Also, we need to replace the gif to use the new repo name.

Looks like we got Trivy to work. It's just intermittent right now for some reason. We still need to replace the mining gif.

We can update the mining gif after we add networking. We ultimately want to show multiple miners collaborating.
