All matches table doesn't display specificity #7

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://circle.pytorch.org/build-details.html?build_id=1966881
  2. Try to figure out what a more specific rule than all of the currently matching rules is

Expected result: there is a column with specificty Actual result: there is no specificity column, I have to click through to patterns to find out what specificity to use
