Github has implemented a new restriction on the filetypes associated with a release, and no longer allows rds files. The next time a we create a new release for the name data we will need to store it in one of the supported formats. For now a small fix, pointing pb_download to tag="v2.0.0" will suffice, but this also needs to be submitted to CRAN.
