Some teams that are using KPN Style might not have the option (or just do not want) to use the si- prefix for service icons. If we add a variable for this, it will be easy to override the prefix.

[ ] Variable for service icon prefix created.
[ ] Variable for service icon prefix used everywhere where the prefix currently is.
[ ] Document the possibility of overriding this variable and why in the portal.
