Documentation: improve Grid docs #33

Hello, The documentation for grid is missing information like the sizes: what are the possible sizes?

Anoher question for @benbesuijen : Is it possible to make the interface similar to http://flexboxgrid.com/ ? I mean, to use xs, sm, etc

Maybe I'll pick this ticket up.

Hi @Woile, can you investigate if it easy to add backward compatibility with the current grid sizes? The values are also used in breakpoint, container and screen.

I have another issue to improve our documentation and will add the improvement of the Grid doc as a subtask
