Someone else used the bot; I don't know how. I saw the result in Wikipedia and
I reverted the Wikipedia article to its prior state.

To see what the bot did in error, visit:

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Andrea_Dworkin&action=historysubmit&di
ff=376393317&oldid=369971924

It changed two Google Books URLs to a form that causes redirection to the form
that was already in the Wikipedia article. I tested the URL pairs and in my
browser page caching is off.

What I don't know, because I don't know how to use the bot, is whether editing
of the URLs is automatic or manual within the bot. If it's manual, then the
error is the bot user's error. If it's automatic, i.e., if the bot recognizes
the URL and proposes or performs the edit, then the bot is in error.

The bot will now (in r179) only amend the root of Google Books URLs (i.e.
removal of /books and replacement of .tld with .com) if it is also removing
redundant parameters from that URL; otherwise it will leave it as specified.
