@krassowski this looks good and yes I agree as to what Biswa is saying here. I am also interested to understand if you have something like the below plots or not that you generated in this notebook as that will be a key as well to tell us about the current terms we have. https://github.com/krassowski/multi-omics-state-of-the-art/blob/master/Overview.ipynb

Here is the pain - integromics is also global comapny https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integromics. I will see how it works out.
