Should fix #20 and make onboarding (registering) for the first time less clunky. Should also support some funky setups where no role is assumed but a session token should be retrieved (while not adding an mfa_serial into a long term source profile - which is technically not supported by aws-cli).

Should we add something to the README as well, specifically for registering? Explicitly mention different generators?
