Tooltips not working for Parallel Coordinates Plot? #150

Hi, is it possible to add tooltips to parallel coordinates plots? I tested #9 as well as #109 and the example https://embed.plnkr.co/tRqhKe/ but somehow it is not working for me. Thank you for your help!
