Unified completion commands #23

Obviously targetting current compiler master per https://github.com/purescript/purescript/pull/2305 - but should happily parse previous output (tested with current released version).

Breaking API change.

Incidentally now I can build symbol search for VS Code, it's nice.

So I'll merge this and we hold off on releasing till we get the new compiler version. Maybe we'll get some more changes in until then so we can batch these in a single version bump.

Yup WFM. If you wouldn't mind keeping the branch up until then, I've committed referencing it.

Incidentally the preservation of type aliases is nice...

great! Yeah the type alias thing bothered me when developing pscid and when I saw the issue come up on the compiler issue board I just jumped on it^^
