After running E11 Windows update fails to install cumulative updates

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8007000D: 2023-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030219).

Probably related to #3

It seems to me that this has nothing to do with it. When ACE-11 is running, it does not block these files, and I have also encountered such an error code when installing updates on freshly installed systems.
