To do: Add code that prevents heatmaps from being sent into ggplotly (just use plot() instead).

Current known issues:

Missingness heatmap does not work with ggplotly (function keeps running for an extremely long time without converging)
For heatmaps, ggplotly not applicable (mt_plots_heatmap and mt_plots_multstats_heatmap)
For networks, ggplotly not applicable
Add sample identifiers to dataframe used by ggplot for all plots, so it will show up in tooltip annotation of plotly
