We checked that by enabling the option to send Alerts via LambStatus,
Emails are sent with the time on Timeone PST, not using the same registered with the Incident or Schedule.
I am opening this issue as an improvement idea for these aspects and also for altering the body of the email, it could could without sent with line break.
