Add proper tests #14

[x] usethis::use_testthat()

Write tests for the following core functionality:

[x] ModvegeSite instantiation and run(), plot() and write() methods
[x] Reading config from file and carrying out a main-loop
[x] setup_directory()
[x] parameter scan

Optionally, for more fine-grained testing results:

[x] Functional Groups creation and addition, scalar multiplication
[ ] ModvegeParameter loading
[ ] WeatherData loading
[ ] ManagementData loading and autocut selection

Closing as testing seems fine as it is. Further tests will be added as they arise organically.
