Replace use of _query_table.html as it has limitation #6

As it uses NamedTuples, it's not possible to have headers with dates in the format 2022-01. Also the total row ends up being flagged up a clickable link when in fact it does not exist. It may be useful to have a more powerful html/js table/chart combo for this purpose.
