- Spreadsheet to split up community groups among steering members
- Write up short paragraph on what groups can expect from their liaison
- Determine where to document this
There are a number of cases where a community group (SIG, WG, UG, Committee, etc) may have questions about how to engage with steering, or a process such as a health check requires someone from steering to review governance information from a SIG.
It may be useful to designate a steering liaison for each community group so they have a designated point of contact. This liaison doesn't make decisions for the community group or on behalf of steering, but acts as a "point of contact" to facilitate communication.
