Feature: Push non Kubernetes logs via agent #171

Ability to push non Kubernetes logs using an agent. I know this is a big stretch, and beyond the general scope of Kubetail but the interface is so dang good! I’d love a way to ship some Caddy and NGINX access logs to Kubetail that aren’t running in Kubernetes.

Perhaps a new category after the built-in Kubernetes resources called “Custom”.

Thanks! This was a great message to wake up to on my birthday!

I could definitely see accepting custom logs in the future but it'll take a while to get there. Right now I'm working on search (out soon!) then after that system logs so that could be a good time to think about pulling in logs from external sources. In the mean time, why not run those workloads inside Kubernetes?

I have another server just running Docker containers (via Portainer) and not Kubernetes. Some apps don't support Helm charts or just easier to do with Docker. Would be super cool to support external server Docker container logs pushed to Kubetail.
