vault pods disappearing in eks cluster

we are using vault chart 0.3.0 version, the vault pods disappeared from the eks cluster. I can find the log from the pod.

we are using kubernetes v1.18

there is nothing in the vault operator logs as well. how to find out why vault shutdown triggered
