First hit on "kubuntu manual" google search is to a version from 2006 #8

When I google "kubuntu manual" the first hit takes me to https://help.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/desktopguide/C/index.html (for 6.06 LTS).

That ancient document should be moved elsewhere ("history") and replaced with a link to the current manuals.
