rpy2 2.2.0 binary package? #254

rpy2 2.2.0 was released a few hours ago. As it is very tricky to compile from
source for normal users like me, does it make sense to include a binary package
in pythonxy? It is one of the few pieces which I miss very much in pythonxy.

From the Rpy2 Manual
(http://rpy.sourceforge.net/rpy2/doc-2.2/html/overview.html#microsoft-s-windows-
precompiled-binaries):
"There is currently no binaries or support for Microsoft Windows (more for lack
of ressources than anything else)."

After a few hours I gave up. The package uses the "RInternals.h" header, which
is according to the R build - "UNIX only".

R2py requires R to be installed which further complicates things.
