Description

We should make it easier to enable (and collect?) debug logs in envoy for a dataplane. Thinking out loud:

kumactl functionality?
UI button?
kubectl plugin?
If we build some capability here, should we plumb through the ability to do other things in the Envoy admin API?
If we do that ^^ what should we expose that doesn't need additional security?
