Cannot approve or deny as RMH Approver #114

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login as RMH Staff Approver
2.Visit Approve Family Profile Changes
3.Click Approve or Deny

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some confirmation of success. Tells me that I cannot update. See img.

This should cause a new record to be inserted into the Family Profile Activity 
table. Since Bruno and Kristen have to do the same thing in their code, you 
guys should get together and discuss. Bruno & Kristen may already have the code 
to do this. Don't wait until next class since this is a show stopper. I will 
post on the discussion list and you guys should discuss in your replies.
