   • search optimization - ELK stack / Apache solr

   • Agile method - daily scrum / tickets to limit priority deviation - for a good feedback loop
   • quick addressal of roadblock (infrastructure/ people)

   • Agile: weekly showcase of sprint(demo)

4. Design rethink

   • UI is currntly using JSP/ASP - we need to use boostrap angular.
   • UX process with sketch/pencil/proptotype

how is current delivery robust

1. Understanding gap

   • We thought we had top call google with company + aml words
   • But client recently revealed that he wanted social network score / creditworthiness

2. Product is fast

   • tests reveal that our app delivers in under 10 seconds
   • but they are located in some other location - and client is using VPN

3. Scaling

   • During Christmas - load becomes triple - was not communicated to us - we need to know load needs
