ESB disappears when moved to Menu Bar after restart #21

We have another problem with bootstrap.js. If I moved ESB to the Menu Bar (I know it looks awful there, but it's possible to do it) and I restart FF, ESB disappears from the Menu Bar and the only way to restore it is to go into the customization menu and press Restore Defaults.

Same with the status bar (using Status-4-Evar). Although I restore it by editing prefs.js and moving ESB_toolbaritem back to ESB_toolbar. (Moving everything off the status bar onto ESB has a similar problem, although those items do move back to the widgets.)
