"/me" when there is a ";" in the message sends in raw mode #960

Reported by anonymous on 10 Sep 2010 20:40:49 UTC When you type "/me" messagges with ";" messages are sent in raw mode (for ex. "/me is here; YaY". Instead with "/me test ;)" KVIrc returns: Compilation Error: Found character ')' (unicode 29) where an instruction was expected.
