Multiple/duplicate debug configuration items #5

Debug configs are in two places (plugin config and menu item). Should only be in one place.

I put it into Menu to be able to easily switch them on off leaving the menu open to be able to quickly stop it when the logfile fills up.

And they were in config before together with the simple toggle in menu
