Arm64 Support in JAR #332

I just tried running some software compiled with the latest jar on RPI4 in 64 bit Ubuntu and it could not find the appropriate files. Looking at the jar, there is no dir for arm64. The front page documentation lists arm64 support, if it is not too much trouble could you add it to the jar?

Arm64 support has now been added to 2.2.
