Make window restoration optional #48

In shell-pop-out, the shell window is always closed, but the buffer of the original window from which shell-pop was invoked is restored only if shell-pop-restore-window-configuration is t. The default value is t. This doesn't change anything for the case where shell-pop-window-position is "full". See #47
