This release fixes a bug in release v2.1.6. whereby the version info did not match and which raised a warning. v2.1.6.post1 does match in all such places.
The Dockerfile drops 3.6 and 3.7 support and adds 3.13 support.
Automatically generated boilerplate files are removed.
