duo integration #237

I am new to vpn land and curious that supporting duo.com. It seems that they have integration already. What do you think?

Problems with things like this is they integrate proprietary bits and then go off abandoned and neglected since nobody uses them. Unless a critical mass of people want to use duo.com, someone active on the project steps up to maintain it and the implementation is open and flexible enough, it doesn't make sense.
