Setup script assumes Unix environment #1

The setup script starts with rm -rf, which won't work on a Windows machine :)

Don't know how I never saw this issue @markerikson, my bad. You're totally right. Not that I expect anyone to use this, but I can switch it to rimraf to solve that problem I believe.
