download vs auto open .torrent files #473

Would like to have the ability to select to open .torrent files or download 
torrent files.  

Some sites require passkeys that are failing due to auto open.  Would like to 
have the ability to select auto open v.s. download direct to phone.

This might resolve my issue as well.  Due to security with a private tracker I 
use, I cannot add a torrent via URL I must download it to my workstation and 
upload it via torrentlux-ng (continuation of B4RT) web console.  Trying to 
download from my tablet with transdroid, the torrent automatically tries to 
itself into transdroid and fails.  If I remove transdroid I can download the 
.torrent file to my tablet and then re-install transdroid.  Opening the 
.torrent file via file manager opens it in transdroid and successfully adds it 
to the server and begins downloading.
