feat: add retry to eval tests

Description

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• add retry loops for the evaluation test, whenever it queries the Companion API.
• non-functional changes to src/main.py to trigger Pull Build Image which allows to run the Evaluation tests

The docs will be adjusted to the changes in this PR in #234
