refactor: clean up imports

Description

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• replace the deprecated typing.Sequence with collections.abc.Sequence
• replace the deprecated typing.Tuple with the build in standard type tuple
• remove unused imports and remove the corresponding #noqa instructions
