[Feature Request]: Create Train Track Portal Registration #17

I'd like to request adding built in support with registering Create's trains with this mod's portals. Create has added support for custom portal registration for allowing trains to travel through portals (and for the life of me, I cannot seem to get Create Datapack Portals Compatibility to cooperate with the latest version of Create)
